【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardgivesrecommendationsforonlinerecruitmentandappliestoallmethodsofcandidateattraction,screening,storageandselectionusinginternet-basedtechnologyuptothepointofofferorrejection.ThisBritishStandardcodifiesgoodpracticefordeliveryofonlinerecruitment(directoroutsourced)andindentifiestherolesandresponsibilitiesofthoseinvolved.ThisBritishStandardseekstoencourageincreasedtransparencyandimprovementofthecandidateexperience.Socialmediaisincreasinglybeingusedbyorganizationstobuildcommunitieswithforums,groupsandnetworkingopportunities.Whilstoneaimofthesecommunitiesmightbecommunicatingwithpotentialemployees,byalsoofferinginformationforjobseekers,itisnetworkingratherthanonlinerecruitmentandassuchsocialmediaisnotcoveredinthiscodeofpractice.
