【摘要】:ThispartofISO1628specifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftheviscositynumber(alsoreferredtoas"reducedviscosity")ofdilutesolutionsofthermoplasticpolyesters(TPs)incertainspecifiedsolvents.Themethodisapplicabletopoly(ethyleneterephthalate)(PET),poly(butyleneterephthalate)(PBT),poly-(cyclohexylenedimethyleneterephthalate)(PCT),andpoly(ethylenenaphthalate)(PEN),aswellastocopolyestersandotherpolyesters,definedinISO7792-1,thataresolubleinoneofthespecifiedsolventsunderthespecifiedconditions.TheviscositynumberisdeterminedbythegeneralprocedurespecifiedinISO1628-1,observingtheparticularconditionsspecifiedinthispartofISO1628.Thedeterminationoftheviscositynumberofathermoplasticpolyesterprovidesameasureoftherelativemolecularmassofthepolymer.
