【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60255isbasedonIEC61000-4-5,referringtothatpublicationwhereapplicable,andspecifiesthegeneralrequirementsforsurgeimmunitytestsformeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentforpowersystemprotection,includingthecontrol,monitoringandprocessinterfaceequipmentusedwiththosesystems.Theobjectiveofthetestsistoconfirmthattheequipmentundertestwilloperatecorrectlywhenenergizedandsubjectedtohigh-energydisturbancesonthepowerandinterconnectionlines,causedbysurgevoltagesfromswitchingandlightningeffects.Thisstandarddoesnotintendtotestthecapabilityoftheinsulationtowithstandhigh-voltagestress.TheinsulationtestiscoveredbyIEC60255-27.Therequirementsspecifiedinthisstandardareapplicabletomeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentinanewconditionandalltestsspecifiedaretypetestsonly.Theobjectofthisstandardistodefine:~termsused;~testseveritylevels;~testequipment;~testset-up;~testprocedures;~criteriaforacceptance;~testreportrequirements.
